PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

PHHW NC, LLC (“PHHW,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a non-clinical technology and operational platform that supports independent, physician-owned medical practices (“Practices”). PHHW does not provide medical care and does not bill patients for medical or clinical services.
PAYMENTS FOR MEDICAL SERVICES
All payments for medical or clinical services — including consultations, evaluations, laboratory testing, prescriptions, and treatment — are made directly to the independent medical Practice providing your care.
PHHW does not set prices, collect payment, process refunds, or determine eligibility for medical services.
REFUNDS
Refunds for medical or clinical services are governed solely by the refund and financial policies of the independent Practice providing your care.
PHHW does not issue refunds for medical services and does not control refund decisions made by a Practice.
If you have questions regarding charges, billing, or refunds, please contact your medical provider or Practice directly.
NO GUARANTEE OF TREATMENT
Completing intake forms, undergoing laboratory testing, or participating in evaluations does not guarantee eligibility for treatment.
Only a licensed clinician, exercising independent medical judgment, can determine whether treatment is appropriate.
FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY
If you believe there has been fraudulent use of your payment information, please contact your financial institution and notify the medical Practice that billed you.
PHHW does not maintain patient payment information and cannot reverse or refund charges made by a Practice.
