A safe place to live, and the support to keep it. Housing paired with case management, life skills, and job placement for young adults rebuilding stability.

Who it’s for

This program is for you if:

  • You’re a young adult facing housing instability or homelessness
  • You’re reentering the community after incarceration
  • You’re in extended foster care, or about to age out of it
  • You’re in the Jacksonville area
What’s included

What you get

  • Safe, stable housing

A secure living environment, so everything else becomes possible.

  • Case management

One person who knows your situation and helps you navigate the systems around it.

  • Life skills and financial literacy

Budgeting, tenancy, personal development — the practical mechanics of living on your own.

  • Employment assistance

Job placement and career counselling, so income isn’t the thing that unravels the housing.

Someone from our team reviews every application and follows up directly. Your information stays with us — we don’t share it with the courts, your employer, or anyone else without your permission. If you need help before we reach you, call (904) 664-6692.
