Who it’s for
This program is for you if:
- You’re a young adult facing housing instability or homelessness
- You’re reentering the community after incarceration
- You’re in extended foster care, or about to age out of it
- You’re in the Jacksonville area

A secure living environment, so everything else becomes possible.

One person who knows your situation and helps you navigate the systems around it.

Budgeting, tenancy, personal development — the practical mechanics of living on your own.

Job placement and career counselling, so income isn’t the thing that unravels the housing.
What happens after you apply
